Start your day with gentle movement!

This spring we are partnering with local fitness instructor, Monice Small, to bring accessible, low-impact  and free exercise classes to our community. The perfect way to start your commute, or begin your day in Downtown Jamaica!

Exercise offerings will vary week-to-week and may include standing yoga, tai chi, pilates, but will always be free, low-impact, and require zero equipment.

Outdoor classes will be weather-dependent, so check back here or follow us on Instagram for the latest updates.

Meet Monice Small

Monice is a Nike Trainer and the founder of GOODFORM Studios where she specializes in helping her community build strength and a healthy relationship with their body. As a former athlete, she stresses the importance of form and functionality with her clients. She curates classes that place emphasis on centering, core, and concentration. Advocating for accessibility in the health and fitness industry can be challenging, but this has been Monice's driving force.
