Harvest Festival Vendor Request (BID member)

Your participation is very important to us; therefore, we are offering the following incentives to all merchants within the BID district. All merchants wishing to participate can do so at the following reduced space fee. 10x10 space: $25.00

In order to be eligible, you must sell the same products you carry year-round. In order to reserve a space you must fill out the information below and return it to our office before the deadline of September 14th, 2025. Merchants are responsible for providing their own display equipment.

Please note the spot assignments on your event permit are for our records only and will not necessarily coincide with your street address.
